What Atlas is

Atlas is a native Mac and iPhone life manager — a unified calendar, spaces and projects, task capture with AI, and notes. It’s in prelaunch beta: not everything works yet, and things will change. By downloading a beta build or signing up for updates, you agree to these terms.

Beta software, provided as-is

Atlas is early beta. It may have bugs, go down, or lose or mis-sync data, and it may change without notice. We provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Don’t rely on Atlas as your only copy of anything important — keep your source calendars (Google, Apple, Canvas) as the record of truth.

Your account and responsibilities

• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you put into Atlas.
• Use Atlas lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users’ data.
• When you connect Google or Canvas, you confirm you’re allowed to access those accounts and you authorize Atlas to sync them as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the data you put into Atlas. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and sync it so the app can work for you — including sending the text you capture to our AI provider and syncing events to and from the calendars you connect. We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t sell it.

Third-party services

Atlas connects to services we don’t control — Google Calendar, Canvas, Apple Calendar, and our AI provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.

Availability, changes, and price

This is a free prelaunch beta. We may add, change, or remove features, pause the service, or reset beta data as we build. We plan to offer paid features later; if pricing arrives, we’ll make it clear before you could ever be charged. The beta does not charge you.

Ending use

You can stop using Atlas at any time and ask us to delete your data (lets.flowstate@gmail.com). We may suspend or end access if you misuse the service or where needed to protect Atlas and its users.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Andrew Khalil and Jonah Park are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost or mis-synced data, arising from your use of this beta. Atlas is offered without charge and without warranty.

Changes to these terms

We’ll update the effective date when these terms change. Continuing to use Atlas after a change means you accept it.
